New Character Limit on Emails and the Gorath Times??

Okay, so I knew they were going to delete any old emails over 4k characters.

I didn't know they were going to install a new rule against new emails over 4k characters. That really makes me angry. That's not much longer than two and a half pages in Word!

What's this going to do to the Gorath Times???

Doubt it. The Devs don't sound like they're privy to making exceptions.

I wish they would though. Ringo does bring a lot to the community. They should reward people for keeping players paying their monthly fees instead of getting bored and cancelling.

The Devs say we have to add our own content and when we do they put some stupid new rule in that takes our ability to do that away. Maybe I don't know anything but how many people frequently write letters longer then 4000 characters?

As you've probably noticed, the Times has been put on hold for the time being. With Draskus disappearing off the face of the galaxy, and this new ludacris email limit, I've really got my hands tied.

As expected, the Devs have done nothing to help me, but I will try and find a loophole somewhere, I'm still testing with the new system. Sorry folks, but I didn't see this coming at all; hopefully the Times can keep on rolling though.

Having on out-of-game issue would be decent, but wouldn't have the effect I wanted it too. Its a shame they had to limit the emails so much, it couldn't have come at a worse time.

Thanks for the support, I'm trying my best to make this work. I'm mostly still fooling around with the new limits and working on a couple other things with fonts, formatting and whatnot.

If anyone knows of someone who might want to be a reporter, or writer, let me know, I'm really shorthanded here in that aspect too.

Oh, and by the way, was the email system slow for anyone here? They claim it was to 'speed up the email system' but I hadn't heard of anyone ever complaining about its speed. Seems like a cover-up to me.
