I didn't have a problem with the imperial deal but it seemed like really odd timing given some of the things I had done last night in preparation for the evening. But that is how roleplay works right =)

I was beyond intruiged by the show that the imperials put on, as well as the rebels. I liked the way languages were dealt with (Tramel yelling at a Twilek for speaking Ryl... as well as throwing his weight around.) That stuff was all really nice to see, even if I did come because I heard about the casino. I wasn't turned off at all by what I saw, it just intruiged me more and made me want to get more involved, which I will be doing. Good work to everyone who was trying that night.
I'm pretty sure the only griefer was... EkOhOrT or something...

Sorry about being crabby yesterday. There were a lot of misunderstandings and suppositions made about Sunday night and I flew off the handle. Everything's all good now...the show will go on.

The only thing will be that I plan on not having the casino open on Oct 31st (the next scheduled open date) because JtL comes out the Weds before and it'll still be very fresh for everyone and kill business. The next one will be Nov 14th instead.

Welcome Rebecca, welcome! We're always glad to have more and more roleplayers and people interested in RP. Remember, roleplay events get more complex and full of life with more people involved, so don't be afraid to get involved! If you have any questions about anything, there are more than enough people here willing to pitch in to help.

I'm glad that you enjoyed the Imperial Intervention. After Zannon told me it was a lot of first timers there at Casino night, I was worried that I might have scared away some people looking for something new in the game. I'm glad you liked what you saw. Even if SOE doesn't do it, the roleplayers will work to make the Empire's presence felt.

(As a piece of side information, Imperial Colonel Tramel Raggs can't be bothered to learn the lesser languages of the non-humans, so he is very strict on what is spoken in his presence. He will not stand aliens plotting against him right under his nose.

Oh, that reminds me of something else. I want to compliment Nyase on something he did that I thought was absolutely great. While I was going on my tirade about basic being all that was spoken, Nyase passed on my order that only basic would be spoken, and he did it in every language. I thought that was a brilliant on the fly move and I just wanted to say so.)

p.s. I was the Twilek Speaking Ryl that Tramel wanted to arrest.. yeah! that was fun... the highlight of my evening...

Another cool time was when you (rebecca) were in the casino talking to me and Del'tar (before the imp incedent) and asked for the Zabrak to be your dealer... Priceless!
