SWG Correspondent Program Disbanded

Yet another sign of the times.

Hello there,
We do realize that many of the professions you represent will be going away. We also know that all of you have been helpful and a valued resource and not only would it be hard to choose who to keep, it would also be unfair to those not able to stick around. So our plan at the moment is to do away with the correspondent program as it stands now. All of you will be given "Blue Glowie" status and then invited to a new Community Leader forum, with a few other prominent members of the SWG community, this will include some fan site folks as well. We would like all of you to continue to provide feedback and commentary. The only difference being that, unless you choose otherwise, you are not bound by a specific profession. Please feel free to contact Thunderheart or I if you have any questions or concerns.

Well, my reply was the 3rd down on that thread. All it sounds like to me is DEV's putting suck-ups, corros (we've had some good ones), and fan site admins (Like SWGVault ect.) on one forum. Hell, after all is said and done they may be the only ones playing the game in a few months =)

Can you blame them? Look at the state of the SOE forums. As far as I am concerned they're killing off useless bureaucracy. A good number of corros already left. I'd rather have them working on the game rather than trying to set up forum mods after they lob off ~20 profession forums.
