And the verdict is:
The SCI FI Channel is getting ready to bring back its Friday night power house, with the winter premieres of Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, and Battlestar Galactica set for January 6, 2006. Atlantis and Galactica will resume their second seasons, while SG-1 finishes out its landmark ninth year.
Interesting that they say "resume their second season" rather than beginning a third season. But I did think the second season seemed shorter than the first.

I can't wait. Shame on them for doing a season cliffhanger MID SEASON.

I don't know about you, but I can't handle one more damn "To be continued..."
At least I only have to wait a week this time.

Yeah, actual story development instead of lets get this done in under an hour writing.

I've never felt that this show ever suffered from "under an hour writing."
And if I wanted 3 back to back "to be continued" episodes, I'd watch 24. Oh wait, I'm going to do that anyway.

Not this show, but many, many others.
