question for those that have Nov Scout for the hill climbing
I don't know I couldn't imagine not having all four blocks of explore. But if you're going to get Jedi skills there is a skill tree that includes Terrain Navigation or whatever it's called so if you picked up a box of that it would only cost you 1 skill point instead of the 15 for novice and 3 I think for the first block.
