Personally, I hate crafting. I'd rather be killing then crafting anyday. Crafters may have more money then me....but I can kill em :)

Let me be vague for a sec just lend my two cents on Shipwrights.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROFESSION IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY.

Just kidding, but like Zannon says this is like no other crafting profession. The time and resources required are considerable. Thats why I'm glad I'm going at it along with Zannon. Two people working together to supply folks with ships will be a helluva lot easier.

Eh, I figure if I can at least produce decent ships for myself and a few friends, I'm good. I'll figure out if its' worth the long haul business when it comes out. In the mean time, I need to get back on my resource grind. So many chars to play, so little time......

In one of the Star Wars books it was said that it takes the entire annual wealth of one planetary economy to build a Star Destroyer. So I feel compelled to place my order now.

Please let me know when it will be ready.

In another (Shadows of the Empire?) building Vader's personal Super SD Executor was said to have bankrupted an entire solar system.

Alderaan was probably the majority creditor in the Chapter 11, but Tarkin settled it "out of court."

If a Star Destroyer takes the cost of a planet and a Super Star Destroyer bankrupts a solar system then what in the hell did it take to build the Death Star? My god I hope it was tax deductable!

The Death Stars were funded by the once vast Ewok Empire. The cost was so great that they diminished all the way back to a primitive civilization.

They are secretly plotting their revenge as we speak.

But let's be realistic.. there is nothing they can do against the Empire at this point.
