Back story: I was pulled off my bike while riding over a lake near Theed. The ST actually swam out to me REALLY fast to scan me. I guess his scanner was too water-logged for him to notice the 5 sliced weapons in my backpack.

In our pirate theme there is a rebel banner in our city hall, and I've found that we get some lurkers from the Imp cities on Lok that try to prey on people with TEFs after they see it. I've found them going around town on speederbikes a lot.

I'm still not hip on having the Rebel flag in our city hall, espcially since we have like 3 Rebels left. Can't we put it in the MidCo guild hall?

The original concept was to have both an Imp and a Reb one in there, like "we steal from both sides."

We can take it out if everyone thinks it's giving the wrong message. I just threw it in there with the assumption that an Imp banner wasn't far behind, but it seems getting an Imp banner is MUCH tougher.
