Thinking about Halloween...

Since our characters are limited by the clothing and such in-game why not make the Halloween party something different.

How about an OOC party.
I don't mean just show up as ourselves, I mean show up as an entirely different character. Pick a character from a TV show or Movie and play as that character for the night. For example you could show up acting like Ace Ventura or Rainman. If you want to make it contest you could just vote for funniest or most clever character.

I never understood why Shipwreck wore normal dungerees and had a Chief Petty Officer crow on his shirt. Chiefs stopped wearing dungarees after WW2. Someone ovbiously failed their rank and recognishion class at boot camp.
