Well thanks everyone, I didn't mean to make it sound as though I'm leaving Nocturnus though. I'm still going to keep residency in Nocturnus and basically just give this guild a try for non-RP purposes. I've never been a part of a real guild in this game although Jerrel and I tried to make one work way back in the day.

I think if anything, I'll be hanging around Nocturnus more now, and definately roleplaying a lot more when I am there. I just figure I might as well put some of my poisoning skill to use with a combat oriented guild. I guess I just didn't want to show up at the next Casino Night and getting the evil eye from you guys.

Who knows, I may hate it and quit the guild within a matter of days, we'll see how it goes.

Your always gonna get cryed upon though for being a CM. They've never truly balanced it out in my opinion, and I strongly believe that its turn at FOTM is gonna be ending after the Combat Revamp (Yes I am envoking the mighty invisible Gods!).

The problem with MAFIA was that 99% of them made the other 1% look bad.

And I got a skewed perspective of that as well. After all, any mafia member who wanted to rant their point of view could do it in guild chat. The other side did not get a voice.

Water under the bridge, from over 250 members with active members pushing into the high 100's, they have about 7 active members now and I'm no longer in mafia.

Still, you can't walk away from 20 people joking in group chat and just sitting on a cantina's porch BSing and not have fond memories.

Its a shame really because I have some great memories of the game in dealing with Mafia, but in the same regard some of my worst memories also involve them.

Speaking of guilds and reputations, I just had someone ask me yesterday why I wasn't in PIV anymore. It was pretty funny (although probably only Nyase will know why).

There is hope...although this is going nowhere so far too. Eesoog has all but left the game it seems, and so I'm left to look for another way to get it going again.
