3.) A believeable coup d'etat. Palpatine becomes Emperor. Fine. But don't make it like the Episode 6 ending. Emperor dies, Vader dies, so that definaitely means the Rebels win? Celebration on Coruscant? Nah! Don't make it end just for the sake of an ending.
4.) And last but not least, I really need to know how "the Darkside clouds everything." How does Palpatine pull the wool over the entire Jedi Council's perceptions, not too mention all the Masters and Knights in the field. I mean, he's what, in an office just down the block and around the corner from the Jedi Temple??? Regardless, they all work on the same city/planet.
If they can do just those 4 things, then I'll be alright with adding it to my "Star Wars Movies to Watch in Sequence" List. Right now Ep 4 & 5 are the only ones on it. It would be nice to add 3.
To answer your questions,
1. The fight scene between master and Apprenctice ((obi vs Anakin)) Is roughly doulbe the fight scene lengh that obi and qui gon fought with maul.
2. Mace windu is the only smart jedi If you ask me, And no he goes out like a Badasss
3. The end of the movie, Jedi are gone and Anakin is in vader gear watching construction of the death star.
4.I cant answer this honestly, but my guess would be that He started the droid army and seperatis movement to do so, As in military terms, Move the cannon fooder forward, While the commandos sweep around the back, oldest trick in the book..

I kind of find it funny that he is watching the death star be built when it was not finished untill he was like in his sixty's and then when the old one blew up he builds a new one in like four years. I also find it funny when your a dakr jedi who turns to the light at his last breath he will look as he did when he was thirty but if your an old light side jedi you look old anyways.
Also to answer the fourth question. You need to remember they are on Corosaunt. The planet must have over six hundred thousand people strong in the force in just one block. So it would cloud it very much so. You would not notice a Jedi if he bumped you on the subway. It's like finding a needle in a needle stack.

Ok, any developer of military weapons will tell you that the first build of any weapon takes longer then the second, Also the reason anakin looks like that at the end is cause he reverted to his true JEDI self which was not vader, and obi wan stayed old cause he was a jedi to the end thus he never changed and would not be young like anakin was when they became glowies...
Also in the movie, they describe and show why palp goes from ok looking to an old hag in less then 18 years, Which if you want to know if you dont already PM me and I will tell you unless you dont mind me saying it on here.

Accually Lucas said he did that in the DVD version so that people would get that Anikin in the prequeles is Darth Vader in the originals. I remember when PM came out people had no idea little Anie was Vader and scratched their heads wondering why Anikin's shadow looked like a Vader sillouete.

Accually they tried to explian it in one of the Vong Wars books. Luke and some other Jedi (Forgot who) went to Vong controled Corsacant to do some thing and they came across a old experiment of Palpatines that was release durring the invasion. It was a being completly twisted by the Dark Side and tec and had mini Light sabers commin out of nearly every where. Any way durrning the fight with it some large obolisk thing deep on the natural floor of Corsacant was destroyed and Luke and every other Jedi in the Galaxy felt it collapse and then a great surge of the force followed right after. It didn't explain what that was all about just that thats what happened...Pretty lame hu.

Well I suppose that anyone who had never seen the original trilogy would wonder about that. But Star Wars is Star Wars...seen it or not, EVERYONE KNOWS WHO DARTH VADER IS. Its pop culture. Vader is Luke's dad. Lukes last name is Skywalker. So is Anakin's. Duh.
Also, Skywalker doesn't exactly seem like the "Smith" of Star Wars surnames. 2 and 2 is 4, people.

Pardon me, Kirt, but where are you getting most of these "answers"?
For #1, yeah, I've heard about the length of the fight before. But I'm talking about quality more than quantity of time. Twice as long could also be boring. Not saying it will, but more time is no guarantee.
2. How do you know how Mace Windu "goes out"? Is there a blow by blow of that scene from an official source? Doubt it.
3. That's just a scene. I'm talking about a plausible chain of events that leads to the marginalizing of the Republic and the ascendance of the Empire. I say "marginalizing" because we see in Ep 4 that the Senate did survive up until the beginning of the movie (Tarkin: "The last traces of the Republic have been swept away."). So it can't happen overnight.
4. An envelopment manuever does not a negation of the Force make. It needs to be shown how the most sensitive minds and souls in the Galaxy miss the pawn sneaking to it's back row to be Queened. Bottom line.
To let it slide by in a movie that the Jedi Order got fooled by basically saying "Hey! What's that behind you?!" then sucker-punching them, cheapens them as icons to no end.
At least show some powerful ancient Sith artifact being invoked that "Sith Mind Tricks" the entire Jedi Order...for decades (?).

Keer, just to support Jerrel a bit...I've seen 4 different leaked items that indicate that the final Mace scene is a 77 move lightsaber fight that involves a force flip down a staircase and some force lightning. Also note that the Maul fight was only 43 moves. I also have read an interview with Sam Jackson that confirmed both the number of moves and the staircase bit.

Sure, I remember Zannon. It was you who I first saw the claim from about the fight being longer.
Still, quality. A flip? Okay. Lightning? Cool. The Obi-Wan/Anakin/Dooku fight had flips and lightning but that wasn't my idea of a quality showdown.
We'll just have to wait and see what it really looks like, despite verbal description.

That fight was a mere 17 moves between them all...very minor if you ask me...the Innego/man in black fight in
Princess Bride was over 30.

Impossible to answer, they only count moves for swordfights in movies...all other types of actions sequences are determined by minutes or special effects shots. Nice try though.
