JLE was just comic book character spillover. They took one or two main memebers like Flash and Martian Manhunter (who has been in every version of the JL) and threw in a bunch of crap characters like Animal Man, Metamorpho, Blue Jay and urk.....this is one name I hate mentioning.... Guy Gardner. So take 2% Main Super Heroes, 95% Worthless Superheroes and 3% crap and you get the JLE.

Now I suppose you want to know about Justice League Antarctica, Justice League Detroit and Extreme Justice too ya masochist!
Want to see members of JLE, JLA, JLD and EJ? Just look in the background in the new cartoon Justice League Unlimited when they are on the space station. "Superhero Extras" like you see in any Hollywood crowd scene.

Now if they'd put Blue Devil, the Creeper, Dr. Fate and Etrigan together again with Bats... THERE'S a team.

:D
Now there is a good show. I may not like all of the extra JLA memberes they used (Booster Gold? Are you serious?) but they do everyone really well. I especially dig their versions of Dr. Fate and the Creeper but especially Green Arrow. Always big props to Bruce Timm and the Animated crew behind Batman, Superman and Justice League.
I've been enjoying the show immensely when I can catch it.

ESPECIALLY when they put the spotlight on someone like Booster Gold (or any other little known or not-well-liked character). Means a little more to me than yet another shot of Supes or even Bats beating the crap out of someone.

Not really liking Justic Leage Unlimited for one simple fact the writers dont have to deal with character development any more. Yeah they do characters well with in the hour or half hour show but beyond that you can keep any individual character stangnent not really dealling with character relations or personalities because they're not the focus and you rarly see them.

Any way as for me yeah I realize that Marvel will bring them back from the dead but in my dream team the dead stay dead end of story. I'm accually trying to get my own little comic book company together and one of the contracts any one who would ever want to write a serries for me would state that the dead stay dead that under no surcumstances with the exeption of one character I have can come back from the grave. I just wish Marvel and DC would do the same. We'd definetly see the end of these major character deaths for shock value.

I see your point, Jerrel. Death is kind of permanent. But damn...the death of superman was AWESOME. There was something about that run that made me want to read superman. I always thought of superman as a sissy in tights. Never read the comic until doomsday started mopping the floor with superheroe's asses.
