For this event, I would suggest shackles, slave chips, and/or other means of force are used for the slaves. Slave collars aren't really deterrents for unwilling slaves to not escape; in our community they've become more like statements of a sub-culture or willingness to be a slave....which doesn't really seem to fit with the idea of this event.

Ekade, if you are planning a move, this could be an RP assist to it, just think it over, I want to get it rolling maybe saturday, attendance and willingness permitting...

Like Dwilah said, don't know how my character could help since she's neither slave or slaver. But I'll offer her up for something or other...maybe liberators... *wanders off to ponder*.

I got a seedy character who'd make a perfect buyer representing the imperial 'volunteer' work force.

Just to save time and kick this off you may want to figure out a way to mass-capture all the slaves. I mean you could just take a +25 Dancing Mind Enhancement skill tape, leave it under a proped-up box with a stick holding it up and pull the string attached to it when they take the bait but that might not do the trick.

But a massive ambush might be fun.

Now you're talking. A guild raid would be great, get a small group together and raid the templ of the Goddess. Where do you sign up? If there was an Imperial presence that might fit in with the take over of Zeal. Just a thought.

Yes I'm open to the idea. I've informed Jerrel in the post in the GM forum. Hashum would be willing to collect your slaves for you. Just tell him how many you need. I know E-bo, Ekade, and Islah were all willing to participate, if you need more then that let me know.

Also could we clarify if they would be NPC's or I/C? Once I get some clarification I can start the process of collecting.

Personally I'd like to see more slaves and more buyers before we go with the event. This will be split up in a two part event one happening on planet and the second ocurring in space aboard some one's ship (we already have one). The ship will involve 2 slaves, 3 buyers, 3 liberators, and 2 slavers and will be a pure rp session. The planet location will be open to any one who is able to maker it and when we're closer to doing this we'll post the wp to where the slaves will be held. If you have friends in-game who are not member's here invite them along as a buyer, slave, or liberator.
