do how do you capture a city?

cuz I was running bh missions from keren, and it was deserted..and I was thinking hmmmmmm.....this reminds me of ww2o when a small strikeforce called Skull Squadron would run behind enemy lines to undefended towns and capture them

Kill all the faction NPC's you can find until the flag in the city changes.

Actually, it's based off the number of player owned bases on a planet. Being as there's virtually no imperial player bases, most of hte players in game are rebel, there's not going to be any Imperial controlled cities any time soon. At least Restuss is still in our hands. On another note, they made faction bases extreamly cheap. I went and checked, and you can pick up a PVE hq for only 15k faction. It's about 36k for the PVP hq.
