Super Deformed. I've RPed witha bunch of females, and they had an obsession with em, only they kept calling em Chibi. So every time i see it, i think of it more of chibi zannon than SD zannon.

Ok, Kawaii basically means cute, or extream cuteness. Those aren't so much as RP terms, as they are japanease(or however it's spelt). Ask any Otaku (A.K.A. a big anime fan) for more information.

Yes, kawaii (ka-wah-eeee) does mean cute. Applies well to puppy dogs, stuffed animals and girls.

Used in a sentence, you could say:
-Kanojo wa totemo kawaii desu ne?
-She's totally cute, huh?

I never really considered Nuku Nuku a cat girl. She's just robot with a cat brain. Now, the Puma sisters are more like cat girls, but they lack the tail. Natuski from Hyper police is a good example, but, but she maintains both cat and human ears. What I consider the 'true' cat girls is the ones with only the cat ears and tails, with no human ears or at least none visable. Damn i wish I brought Hyperpolice with me....oh well. At least I have my laptop full of cat-girl pics XD
