I started on Talus in Dearic. Most of the people I knew back then have moved on but I still hold it close. I remember mastering doctor in the medical center there. And then staying on in the hospital and training numerous others. (This was with my now dead first character)
Something about the city always keeps me going back. I love sitting in the cantina there and talking to people.
This could have been done in any city but I think the people that were there at the time made it all the better. My guildmates and I would fight nightly to defend our city (we made Dearic our home) from the Empire's invasion in the form of the Obsidium Asylum. Granted many thought they were jerks, but I would not have had the fun early ingame that I did without the antagonists.
Anyone Have a Favorite Static City? (Non-Player).
Some of these don't count.
Deja Peak for the bridge and waterfall and close to Moenia where I have lots of noob memories
There is also the Oasis near Espa. That place screams "The sun never sets on the Empire". I expect to see Imperial Offices in pith helmets. That's also a nice place where the rooms are decorated. The cafe chairs overlooking the oasis and the palmtrees really make that place for me.
Wayfar just because of Jabba's Palace

I first started in Keren on Naboo, so it has a special place in my heart. I love most of the Naboo cities...such a pretty planet.

I cant remember the name of it for some reason...
But its the small Mos city near the krayt graveyard.
The one where you get the food item loots.
I love that place...
Its just so... Tatooine.

Wee Moenia Naboo! I started there too, as scout, and I remember trying dancer for the first time and dancing in the cantina back when the city was active. Isleh and Wey even have Moenia be the place where they first met and became friends IC.Isleh wrote:Some of these don't count.

I also remember running missions out of there(unbuffed of course) and getting enough credits to be able to shop on the bazaar, back when planets like Tatooine and Corellia were novelties. Oh and Isleh has mentioned this but it was sometimes fun when rogue fambas would come into the city and a bunch of people would start to attack it with CDEF weapons and laser rifles.
It really was not that long ago(a couple weeks after live launch) but it sure seems like a long time ago

I'm having a brain fart right now myself... but that city up in the top right hand corner of Naboo. I often used to do mission runs along that beach just so I could go see a small house at the edge of the map labeled 'The End of the World'.
If I had to pick a second, it'd be Wayfar on Tatooine. I always liked the stranded feel it used to give you with Jabba's omnious palace in the background.

Sorry to say it folks but I have to say Coronet. I've always loved big cities and Coronet is very much like one. Think about it? Besides the talk buildings you have the rush hour grind when so many players are goining through there that the lag slows every one down just like freeway conjestion. You have numerous bilboards hawkin diffrent wares in the forms of the AFK adds. I started my first character there, Jerrel, and I will end him there.
My every close second is Bela Vista. I use to go there when ever I need bio signs for marks and I would hang around there. A nice quite place away from the bussle of Coronet. The foutain was my frist badge too.

I'm new here to the forums but this seemed the safest topic to post on without stepping on any toes.
Kaadara, Naboo. I used to run explorer missions from there looking for hermit spiders. I would run cross country to Ice Bay and back trying to find (nice long walk).
