Oh I got it. I just really didn't think anyone actually needed it pointed out.

And yeah but I guess it must really suck to be level 1 tech support and people just don't last dealing with customers who don't know how to use a mouse or are afarid to look at a website because they fear they may break the site if they click the wrong button.

Oh, I had it from the second I saw the title of the thread.

I'm a Futurama fan-boy from way back. Even have custom audio CDs with the most classic bits from the first 4 seasons made by a buddy of mine.

BUT now verizon has my fourth phone call and now I have my 2nd maintenance ticket in 3 days

ive had the same issues with my interenet connection with comcast there service sucks horribly and they say its me thats causing the problem its expensive too

Sadly,
I hate to see my Earthlink go. But trading dial up for Cable is a decent step for me. The bad part; I'm going through a local provider up at Centrailia... so, we'll see how long this lasts before I switch back to EL going... maybe I should've just switched Cable over with you all when I moved? : p

IMO, Skor, a lot of these people in the offices have 'no' clue what their tech people do. I think they just let noobs answer the phones and expect the customer enjoy getting screwed over. Go figure. :???:
