I choose to ignore the "don't discuss" directive.
I actually had this conversation in RL with another nerd friend (many times)... It would be the Enterprise. A couple of photon torpedoes to those poorly places shield generators and the bridge... and done.
I mean if one A-wing can take out a Super Star Destroyer... pfft.

What about the millenium falcon versus a bird of prey? Thats a more even matchup I would think.
Besides, depending on what era enterprise they would just find some way to take out the death star with a concentrated tachyon field.

E-bo is right, the later Trek folks used too much extra junk and less military brawn.
You could always take the klingon route and ram them if you start to lose.
(if you did that one some russian named Xenia would be happy)
so... whats the story on WW2 OL?
zannon?

All I know is if you take a picture of Saddam Hussein upon capture....
And a picture of Sybok, Spock's brother from Star Trek 5...
It's a 98.3141592574% match!
It's also the only saving grace of the entire Star Trek 5 movie.

The truth of the matter is.. people will always listen to those with shaggy beards and long wild hair.
If you just cant seem to get your cult off the ground.. dont shave, and dont cut your hair. Things will turn around.
