Char post on the Bria trade and general forums about the guy with screen shots and do a bump every other week or so for as long as you see fit. In cases like this SOE doesn't really give a rats ass about fairness. If a person is unwhiling to do a trade then tell them to drop it in a freinds vendor. If they refuse then dont deal with them. Yeah you might miss on some good deals but you'll be safer in the long run.

Just use your noodle, and don't give up ANY dinero if you don't get something in return. If you don't trust someone not to cheat you, don't make the trade, even if there's a shot you'll make a big profit. You choose whether to take a chance on someone.[/color][/size][/b]

i've bought several master hunter trophys off vendors tho

I wasn't referring to the trophy. I'm talking about the squill skull, or whatever it was. Any item that says it must be kept in your inventory or in your bank, and cannot be placed in containers will not be tradeable (to my knowledge).
