Bloody William Bonney
Every pirate lives for something different. For some, it's the open sea. For others (the masochists), it's the food. For you, it's definitely the fighting. You can be a little bit unpredictable, but a pirate's life is far from full of certainties, so that fits in pretty well. Arr!

Red James Rackham
Passion is a big part of your life, which makes sense for a pirate. You have the good fortune of having a good name, since Rackham (pronounced RACKem, not rack-ham) is one of the coolest sounding surnames for a pirate. Arr!

Layer Cake: very slick movie about the risk of a drug hustler. Good humor but not as much Snatch which came from the same production team (Lock, Stock & Two Smoking Barrels as well). More serious. Also it's a good look at the craft of Daniel Craig in a lead role, the actor who has been officially confirmed to carry the James Bond role into a new style. As a fan of the old Ian Fleming novels, I have to say that Craig has the goods to carry off the true Bond well.

Layer Cake is very good stuff for any Smuggler RP'ers out there. Nice hustler philosophy throughtout the film. 8/10.

Maria Full of Grace: another movie about, heheh, drug smuggling. Love the subject. Good story. Basic premise and style. Poor girl who wants more takes a walk on the wild side. She's desperate and has more guts than brains. Well written role and well played by Catalina Moreno. Hoping to see more of her.

Once again, good inspiration for Smuggler RP and story arcs. 7/10.

Warning, in case the link doesn't give it away. This link contains Halo content. If you are vehemently allergic to Halo, Halo2, or whatever, don't click on it.

I used to run flags for the marching band in high school (wasn't cool enough to actually BE in auxillary band) and all my friends were in marching band, my dad was in marching band and tells me all kinds of crazy ass stories about his marching band days and he'll still start high stepping if he hears the music. I love the music personally (nerd alert) and I thought this was pretty funny.

Ehm, in a way that could be a pun, in another, i'd have to shoot you, take your sword, then kill you with it.

But oh well.

And another question, who the hell Is dread pirate Kidd?

I mean seriously, anyone heard of him?

Well, there's this version:

Your pirate name is:
Dread Pirate Kidd
Like the famous Dread Pirate Roberts, you have a keen head for how to make a profit. Even though you're not always the traditional swaggering gallant, your steadiness and planning make you a fine, reliable pirate. Arr!

Arrr me an' Mickey be real pirates arrrrrrr.......rrrr.............rrrrrr.....*cough*........rrr....*runs away*

Hense... the 8 years old remark.

Or there's this nice little history lesson:

http://www.badmovieplanet.com/inferno/a ... beard.html

Which may relate to Captain Kidd, who wasn't technically a pirate... yar!

My guild leader's band. Being the shy fellow that he is, it took his wife to reveal the music he's been working with. I think it's very good. Reminds me of Blondie a bit, but still distintive.

Anyway, ladies & gents, without further to do...I pass on to you, The Ropes!

Can you dig the lyrics, mayng? I can....like Otis Day & The Nights.
