BTW, Thank you Seret for posting how to get this. I did it last night, worked like a champ.
After bringing the data back to Sean Trenwell, he wants you to take it to someone who is "good at making information disappear". Then you go back to Mr. Trenwell and he gives you the painting.
I actually enjoyed the "quest". I paid attention to the NPC conversation. This fuelled a little IC tell conversation betwen Keer and I surrounding it.
