I think it was being implied "Inside the Starport". From the entry way all the way to the ticket droid.

That's how I took it to mean.

Let's say "clearly" means "explicitly" in what I meant. "Alls fair in love and war" would likely result in someone taking the rules literally.

Okay... Jabe is taking a break so....

This is a Death blow event. Insure. Throw up the AFK tag and run to the cloner. Insure and store you clone there.

Inside the starport is off limits. That inclues the landing ring and anything enclosed or encircled by the structure.

Cloner and the immediae area around it are off limits. If you clone and want to get back to your side without being attacked, throw up the AFK tag.

Shuttleports are grouping zones. They are off limits. Go here to meet up with your side. First come first serve as to who gets what shuttleport.

*immediate area means about 65m.

Do not run into off limit zones if you are being pwned. I guess it can be hard and someone may miss where they are running to, but if you drag a bunch of people into your grouping zone and some people who are AFK and on your side get killed because of it? Look no futher than yourself for blame. If that happens to you, no problem, there is no decay for PvP deaths and you insured and stored you clone at the tryena cloner first thing right? RIGHT?

Do not open fire from an off limits zone. See above about players accidently being killed and where to look for blame.


I woud like to set a time for players to gather today ( sun ) so we can gather rather than wander into tryena and hope.

Ummm. What happened? I've been to Tyrena alot this entire weekend, and everytime I go, nobody is there fighting. What happened to this free-for-all?

Think it turned out to be a bad time frame for a lot of people. Video cards blew, RL things popped up, etc, etc.

However, has anyone checked the boards at galaxies? Did they just bump NGE up to the 22nd? Or is that 'New Player Package' referring to something else?

If it did... the dates on this could be extended.

I was there last night.. nothing.

Unfortunately we'll be wrapped in in learning a new game this time next week. So maybe in a few months we'll try this again.

Why in a few months? We could just learn NGE through gathering at Tyrena and have a fest. (Let's say) every day from 6-9 pm EST, anyone who shows up by the upper rules, came there with a purpose. Or something like that. To minimize the possibility of people missing eachother, come at full hours (6:00, 7:00, 8:00, 9:00)

(how about this: only engage con blue/white/yellow targets?)

I know I will have a lot to learn with NGE, so if we could have such permanent battlefield with time openings, it would be great to learn (at least PvP) together.

I have also been there this weekend and found nobody. Hope today will be different.

I swung through on several ocassions and never saw anyone. There is interest, we just need a set time like Oporim suggested so people can plan ahead

I didn't see anyone there today and I was bugging people on Noct chat but nobody really got back to me.. We'll try it again another time.

I was partying it up in Montreal after my Leafs beat the Habs, so I missed this whole thing. Woulda been fun to get in some mindless PvP before the change.
