Yeah, but you weren't trying to squeeze into a ST outfit, either.

Whew! I'm not alone. Attaboy.

Attagirl! You can have the western hemisphere. I'll corrupt the other half with a Dominican Rum called Barcelo. For every eight ounces add one ounce of chilled coconut water. You can drink it all night (fill up with food first). It's the longest buzz you'll ever have legally and there's NO hangover. You just sweat like a pig the next day (dehydration) so keep drinking water that day.

Annnnd, this relates to this thread because I discovered it at a wedding reception?

I'll have to dig it up but I saw wedding photo's somewhere on the internet where there was a lightsaber duel between the groom and vader. At the end Vader took off his helmet and he was the bride's father. So vader gave his daughter away, and there was much rejoicing.

Um... Sorry. I am not. I would attend such an event, but I would not want to be in that wedding.

I dunno if any of you watch wrestling but when we were introduced they played the entrance them for Stone Cold (glass shatters) and there was a beer tossed, cracked open, and consumed.

its as I said before. Star Wars has integrated itself into our society almost like no other theme has. :D Same for Star Trek. We can't laugh at these people when many of us have had in-game weddings with our characters.

Nothing wrong with being a fan to that extent, as long as it stays being a fantasy for them..and us as well.

Wow, words just don't do that wedding justice... like E-bo said, I would want to be there, but I wouldn't want to be IN it, and I definately wouldn't want to be the groom.

Yes, Star Wars is huge in our pop culture, but I just couldn't be the guy who does that for his wedding. Hell, my friends give me flak for playing Galaxies.

Then again, I do have a plan for my first dance with my wife. My dad is good friends with Issac Hayes, so he's going to come in and do the theme to Shaft for our first dance, of course replacing John Shaft with my name.

We'll have to think of something to go in for the line "sex machine to all the chicks" too. Then again, maybe we won't.
