I'm not sure if you are, or are not supporting the guy sueing Xyryn.xyryn wrote:The fact remains that we, paying ever higher health insurance premiums, are penalized for the stupidity of the turkeys who choose to listen to music at incredible decibels. You guys have any idea how much hearing aids cost?
I'm seeing people in their 30's wearing hearing aids. And they admit, ruefully, that they did it to themselves. I'm meeting others who obviously need aids, but won't admit it...instead, they keep asking you to repeat yourself. These are not elders, some are in their early 20's.
It's my opinion that It is not anyone's responsibility to excersize good judgment but their own. We pay higher health insurance premiums from every act of poor judgment, not just because someone is playing their music to loud. The list is literary endless. We are paying higher insurance premiums because people do stupid things to themselves and somehow think it's not their fault.

From that wording, it sounds like I should call in a bomb squad in if it's just sitting there on a table.
From that wording, it sounds safer to go to Iraq than it is to walk down the soda isle in the supermarket.
Getting a little silly, I have gone ahead and created a generic warning label for all products and services
