Saline injection under the skin... I had a cat than had that done to her because she was sick and couldn't drink. It was done to prevent her from becoming dehydrated...

It's also a fad among some people into body modification. Not for me. I have a belly ring and that's it and that hurt like hell. This guy's face is going to fall off.

You know, other piercings are hard enough to keep clean. I don't even want to think about the healing and cleaning process for an anal piercing. Not to mention how much it would hurt if it snagged on your underpants while you were tugging things off in a fit of passion.
