Well..

For all you who voted the 3 syllables.. you are correct.

The correct answer is Option #3:
ee-kah-dee

All of you who said ee-kaid, don't feel bad. That's what most people I have asked in game have said as well.

I think the 3 syllables version sounds more elegant.
