okay.... so why dont we have a cantina just outside the city limits charging less than them and keep it stocked with buffers??? someone get on this.

We can pump the funds back into Nocturnus for the glory of our great city. (if Ruby lake has participants then we can cut a deal)

Or some of our own entertainers could show up and charge less.

well... I dont know how the cover charge thing works, but dont you have to pay 10k to get in the building, or is it just to watch the entertainers?
