As I said, for sheer "balance" i'd help, but i have two characters:

a greedy self centered diplomat with an interest in biological warfare and a surface (though not true) support of the empire. Order and law benefits him...supporting temple would not seem very good towards that goal.

and..

an alien hating, coldhearted, snobbish elite soldier. Heavy Infantry division of the Empire.


Only POSSIBLE thing i can think of is for Zo is have some huge profit to gain by aiding, but sorain (who i'd actually for pvp reasons prefer to use) has no reason i can foresee to aid temple

Well -ONE- is coming to the rescue anyway. At least some of us anyway.

If there is no IC reason to help, then don't.

IC your character may think that, for whatever reason. Objectively speaking, I think the opposite is true.

However, perception is, as always, reality. Maybe Zo relates better with the MERCS. We tend to be at ease with that which we understand.

I think we should only involve people who are in it for the story arc. Not to say LF-I would not be, but I don't know any of them, nor do I know if they are roleplayers.

Honestly I'd rather lose in a good story than win in a bad one.

oh yeah and there may be ONE faint way that i could get involved and help you ekade, that one night many many months ago where the rebels and imps fought, back when i had a decent RP unlike now where i almost forgot how to RP, WoW PvP servers will do that to you, well back then i considered you a friend, so when the fighting was over, this be when i was a imp, i tried placing you and the person next to you in my custody, and get you two the hell out of dodge, instead you two get killed, and my charecter has a sense of honor beleive it or not, life for a life, so seeing that happen to you, my charecter feels responsible for you in a way, incase you didnt notice that one night after the casino where you got manhandled, I came to your deffense and paid with my life for coming to your deffense, and mind you i did put up a good fight... jabe saw, pretty much eeveryone who came by saw, and jabe when I seen ya gape at me... you coulda used a tooth pick =P
