I've got to ask...

Is there anyway to 'mimic' the feeling of the Interface we have now? Or are all of the onscreen toolbars, wps, chatboxs, etc, etc.... flat out locked in place?

I can, perhaps, live with a WoW interface (since I've already played it)... so long as we can retain some resemblance of setting up our screen interface the way we want it.

Example: I'm used to keeping my chatbox in the center, radar to the lower left of the screen, and attacks at the middle top.

If someone can confirm their going to at least let us manipulate the interface to our liking... that'll be one less thing for me to be peeved about.

You can move everything anywhere you want.

Yup, and you can dive behind them for cover.
Well that's a big plus for me actually.

"I am a mighty warrior! I have hunted many of the dreaded beasts in the galaxy! I am your.. er..... ummm.... can.... can someone help me over this curb?"

Didn't see them on the sample screenshots...

Radar? Gone completely?

Personal light? Crrl + L no more?

Our (Inventory, Help, Skills, Holocron, etc, etc..) Help toolbar... Gone?

Chat... is it only area chat now? No more Guild or special channels Tabs?

Just a few things I'm really hoping that have remained in some form even if they've all turned into Keyboard commands.

All the TC's are full...

Any tricks on how to get in?

Grouping... still 8 members?

I guess I should've just asked... what all is staying the same as we know it now?

The clunky chat window, WASD movement, and very One-Way character advancement is pretty much WoW.

Question on the attributes... are these locked in based on your profession? Can you change them after... or would you say have to use your respec token 10 times just to get your toon where you may want it in a particular profession?

If they let us keep this token indeffinately... I'd planned on keeping it for 'pivitol' moments in character development to try out different professions... an RP tool if you will. But, if I'm going to use it just to get my attributes set up.... that much could blow.

More questions...

If the mouse is fire and specials only now... do the following apply?

Doe the mouse still do screen movement? or is this locked WASD?

We often use Radial menu by clicking on things in the game now... how does in game item manipulation work now?

I'm trying to keep up with FAQ... but, I'll go with what those of you here have to say first.

Press alt and the mouse can move the screen.

Some things still have Radial options, most things are a single click to open them.

Grouping is still 8 members, the devs said they don't intend to change it either.

Attributes are locked into your profession, you specialize through items.

Radar is still there, I think...I havn't noticed it missing at least.

Personal light is still there.

The toolbar at the bottem of the screen is gone, it appears when you press "esc".

All forms of chat are still there.

I think that about covers the questions you asked.

The chat box doesn't show up until Han drops you off in ME and you become part of the live game.
