I was actually thinking along similar lines the other day. How many ranks left 'till folks hit Da Grand Moff Spammer? If you guys are doing 100 posts/rank maybe you need to bump it to like 200/rank or slightly higher?

Nothing, it's just odd to have folks achieving said rank within like, 4 weeks of the forum going public

Not to mention you want people to REALLY EARN IT.

I'm going to give it some thought and maybe add some new "special" ranks after the highest rank I have. Couldn't hurt.

I think adding a "Jedi" rank would be cool, to show that you are a board maniac..

Ooooh I like that. What kind of graphics could we associate with it? Different colored lightsabers?

Any other ideas?

Dunno about colors, but you could take it from initiate to jedi knight and have cooler looking blades through the spectrum. Those ranks would of course come after surface marshal.
