I thought the cloak (with the hood up) was the universal RP sign that said "I'm in disguise".
"There's Isleh! We have a bounty on her!"
"Yeah, lets go .... no wait, that's not her."
"Huh?"
"She has a cloak with the hood up."
"... oh yeah."
Hey! It worked for Palpatine! Hood down, he's the fatherly statesman. Hood up, and he's an unrecognizable evil Sith Lord.
Toons that stand out...
No no no! read the books!xyryn wrote:Hmmm, maybe swg got cloaking technology from the Romulans?

Grand Admril Thrawn was the first person "That I know of" to use cloaking technology. He found it in a mountain at an abandoned imp base and took the cloak. However I could be wrong about when cloaking wasmtruley around. They did use it in KOTOR.

I dont remeber where I read it but there is the cloack Jaminos refers to and there is a cloaking devise that runs off a very rare crystal. It is so rare that enough crystal to cloak a starfighter costs well over 5 billion credits.

They say in ESB "that ship is too small for a cloaking device!"
so I think it does have some SW relevance.
(was that ESB? I suck at SW stuff
)
Anyway...
The Kreetles usually are able to stand out, I like trying to identify people without the tags (because you cant SEE the tags IC) but alas, my emersion is still destroyed when my cursor crosses them. But I figure you would recognize certain features about a person, or they would be wearing badges...

Well remember they are the empire and could be refrenceing to the cloaking abilities they do have. Besides cloaking in just dissapearing from radar is what I "think" is what he is referenceing to. However Grand Admril Thrawn's cloaking cloaked the entire ship includeing radar.warsloth wrote:They say in ESB "that ship is too small for a cloaking device!"

Anyhow we are getting way off subject here back to what this thread was about. =)

This list is just stupid. *sulks*
Seriously though, I agree with like all the names I recognized here too. Extra agreement on Nyvveck -- he really just is the evil Lex Luthor part. I've also always been partial to Ekade's deep purple skin and the color clothes she chooses to accessorize -- especially the warrior priestess look, it's very nice.
I also have to give credit to the nefarious Novall Talon -- I remember back when we played as enemies so long ago and he always looked and felt the part of a cold, ruthless mercenary. Hmm, 2 out of 3 are dark men types...that's odd. I also think Aknal is coming along very nicely indeed...
You all probably hardly got to see her but Ooma is another distinct-looking toon -- she did such a great job in making a female Twi'lek with such a lovely and unique face. Between her light freckles and asian-cast eyes, I really found her distinctively appealing from the start.

Thank you Jinx. There are a lot of people's outfits and toons I like, let me just list em'.
Safia,Novall,Chalithra,Ilithrya,Sepiv,Jordyn,Yala,Isleh-lin,'Crystal,Ekade, and Iago. Almost all have something entirely unique about their design, clothing, or way they wear it. All are impressive, if only in their character outfit and design.

most everyone here has their own distinct look, but out of curiosity what do you all see when you look at me? what does it say to you, does it say ignore me or just plain shoot me because im a blemish?
