This is similar to the BH system that's going on a few categories down, but it's a bit more like fighting a war on two fronts. the BHs are also Marks...

So basically, everyone that wants to play signs up on a list, and the game administrator (me, presumably) randomizes that list, and then determines who is who's target. So our sample list (just pulling some names that I know) looks something like this:
Tandis
Seret
Novall
X'an
Skarr
Ekade
Zannon
So Tandis is trying to kill Seret, Seret is trying to kill Novall.......and Zannon is trying to kill Tandis. Catch is, no one knows who's hunting them, because YOU TELL NO ONE WHO YOUR TARGET IS UNTIL YOU ARE KILLED. And even then, you tell ONLY THE PERSON WHO KILLED YOU. It'd be really lame if Novall got killed by Seret, then told X'an "hey, seret is after you." Don't be lame.
Once the game begins, participants must accept duels from other participants (but I'd suggest always accepting duels anyway, for the sake of RP).
Scenario 1: Seret duels Novall and kills him. Seret posts a screenshot of the kill, and Novall privately tells Seret who his target is. Novall is now out of the game, and Seret's target is now X'an.
Scenario 2: Seret duels Novall, and is killed by him. Seret posts a screenshot of his death. Tandis sees that his target was killed by Novall, and so he knows that Novall was Seret's target. Because Seret is now dead, Tandis' new target is Novall, and Seret is out of the game. If your target is dead, ask them who their target was. That person is now your target.
So the attacker always posts the result of the engagement. It is the responsibility of each player to check the forums for updates on the kill list.
In the end, the game will come down to 2 people, hunting each other. There will be a battle, and whoever drops first, loses.
-Buffs are allowed
-Healing is allowed
-Armor is allowed
-Running away is allowed, but you have to accept that duel immediately. If you're caught off guard, too bad.
-If you don't accept the duel within 2 minutes, the attacker should post a screenshot, with timestamped challenge and current time. The target will be declared dead.
-Find your target any way you can.
I think this could be really fun. If you have questions, ask me, if you're interested in participating, tell me. If we have people, let's get it rolling. We could have a small entry fee, winner take all, but it'd be more fun if it was for the bragging rights, not the money. Less BS that way too. Lemme know what you think!
EDIT:
By the way. You've got to be active. How lame would you be if you won by not logging in for a week, then killing one person? And trust me, I'll know if you're on. Bank tipping one credit is a great way of seeing if people log on. Granted I'm not stopping you from just logging on to collect the 1 credit, then logging off again, but I think most of us here would be in it for the fun of the hunt, not the fun of not playing for a week just so you can win. So it's really a kind of honor system.
