It's a chat program that lets you know when people are playing certian games. http://www.xfire.com/
You also Hva e profile and stuff..
But it is mostly a gamer's chat program.
when you add freinds to your buddy list you can see when their freinds are playing to..
It also logs your playtime for every game you play.
Like for me I have played 12 hours of SWG in thee last 2 days
