I just got my invite today so hopefully I'll see a few of you in the beta tonight. If anyone has a multi player ship I'd love to try that baby out. Send me a tell I'll keep my name the same. I'm unoriginal.

What's even worse... Our first day in space will be brutal. We'll be up there, reading through the manual trying to figure out the basics while a horde of expert pilots will descend upon us and tear us to pieces.

I got dibs on the top bunk in the escape pod.

Don't sweat it. Once JtL comes out Beta won't make these folks better pilots. The Ace Pilots will be the people skilled at flight sims and such. Without treading too close to violating the NDA I'll just say if you have a copy of Freelancer at home, reinstall it and practice.

I thought the interface for Freelancer was pretty friendly. I like being able to fly with a mouse.

Just because Xera's "evil" doesn't mean he's going to be like that to everyone...just the people that he has problems with. Such as Reyana, his former wife. It's just too early in Xera's life to really start down the path to the dark side. I'm not even to the point of starting any force sensitive stuff yet. :P
