Sad Day for the Rebellion...

Today, September 29th, 2004 (just so you guys know when it happened) I cancelled my subscription to SWG. It is still good through October 2nd, but I doubt I will play it before then. I noticed that I am having problems with school work and I need to focus on that first. I want you all to know that it was nothing to do with gameplay, or my experiences in game. I do intend to come back eventually once I bring my grades up and steady them. I also need to find a good way to balance SWG and school.

The other reason I'm cancelling is because it would not be worth it for me to pay for the game and not play or only play on weekends...

I know this is out of the blue, but when I went to class today I realized I had a test, and I wasn't prepared. I didn't study, I didn't have a calculator, and at that point I knew something was wrong.

I'm really sorry if anybody feels like I'm cheating them but school has to come first, without an education I won't have anything after college...

P.S. I may also try to keep in touch through the forums, but you all know how much I post here now. It'll prolly be less after today...

Usually I would say any sad day for the Rebellion is a good day for the Empire, but I hate losing people to this game, especially when that person is interested in RP.

I do have to say I commend you for placing priorities where they should be and hopefully we'll see you back soon.

I hear you brother. I'm not playing anymore either for the same reasons.I understand the whole school issue all too well. RL is alot more important. Besides if you don't get a better job how will you be able to afford the bazillionth series of Star Wars Figures(I lost count which series we're on)
