Dwilah isn't, she dropped it for CM. Nile is but only novice. He will have to drop it once he goes for Politician.

The guy you want to talk to is Crim Bushkill. He's not BE but he is THE best Creature Handler on this server going on a year now. If there are any good BE's on the server, Crim will know.

His animal/creature collection is second to none and he's been trying to get his museum (Crimland on Naboo) listed as a POI. Maybe even the first player created Themepark.

His museum is incredible, definately a must see. It's not a house, but rather a complex. Nicely done.

Yes. I dropped BE for CM at the suggestion of Mr.Sajet.
