Question for Architects

I know at one point, Architects were able to make the Imperial Armoire. Were they ever able to make the Imperial Tech Cabinet? If so, can they still?

I know they can't now. I tried to see if Jorhel could make it but no dice.

ARGH!!!! I had a crate of 25 of the Armoire's sitting in my house, but now they're REGULAR armoire's! I guess that's what I get for trying to save space.
