today my car got broken into.....so here is the story :)

As some of you would know I am going to college to finish up my education. well I carpool with a few friends, and it happens that we all park in the same carpool area and take one car. WELL today I rode with my friend and left my car at the carpool area and made sure my door was locked. So I get back from school we drive up and I look at my car and notice that the door was open just about 1/4 of a inch. so I think hmmm maybe I forgot to close the door all the way.....I open the door and to my amazment all my stuff is thrown around papers everywhere...my glove box completely empty...my gaming license stole...a few computer parts (harddrives and cdroms) were stolen. I am just dumbfounded..I see my checkbook laying untouched...my cell phone untouched. all my (extremely expensive books) untouched.....but the son of a bitch stole my computer equipment and my registration and proof of insurance...

so I file a police report :) (like thats gonna do me any good) and I call my work and request my authorization badge be put on red list. I drive all the way to work to get a NEW gaming license....which cost me out of pocket 50 bucks....and Im a half hour late for work!!!!

now I sit at work typing this for you to read. what a horrible day.....

Aw, sorry to hear that...crappy way to start of the week to say the least. I just hate the feeling of being violated when you're robbed; it really bothers me. Well, at least you can TRY to get some peace of mind knowing that you did everything you can, and hopefully the people at your work and such are understanding about the whole thing. Like I said though, try not to let it bother you too much as it happens to the best of us.

Here's to a much happier Tuesday!

when my car got broken into, they took my radio and threw my good (some handmade) golf clubs on the ground...tried to get my speakerbox and subs out of the hatchback but all they did was damage the hatchback...

and then the kicker, they took my heavy 3d solid brass r2d2 from my rearview mirror...

from the movie pulp fiction:
"ya just don't fuck with a man's automobile"

well I got a phone call from some stranger that lives two citys away from mine...claims he found my note book on the side of the road..and wanted me to come pick it up from his house. SO I called the police and told them about the stranger who called. they advised me NOT to go to his house (which was pretty much a instinct to not go at all :P) then they asked me to call the guy back and have him drop it off at the police station in his town. Wellllllll like 2 hours later I get a call from the police station in his town and they got the guys ID and information and are going to dust the note book off for finger prints :O....wonder if that will help my case of stolen items...

That would Rock sooo much if the guy's prints are on it and they catch his butt and you get your stuff back!!!!

Good luck hope all works out well... Keep us updated!
