It's time for me to upgrate the Z-95 to a Y-wing. Who can hook me up? I need components too. I should shortly have a cert for Level 2 and 3 components.


Question: I have looted a ton of components.. mostly from wrecked Tie's. Is this stuff worth anything or should I just delete it?

It's all like, good for reverse engineering. I think. And some of it you will be able to put in your new ships.

Zanjet will be up and running this weekend so you can place an order now if you like. 2 or 3 of us will probably be Master Shipwrights by tonight. I'll have to get with you in-game about pricing but don't worry, we intend to undercut these folks out there that think they can charge you WAY too much just because they're Master Shipwrights within the first day or so after release.

I can't say what parts are better than others just yet, I haven't messed with reverse engineering, its still too new. I'm going to toy with it tonight and see what comes of it.

Sweetness. Ideally I would like someone to get in touch with me tonight. I want to try out the Y-wing really bad.

Also, Dwilah mentioned something about reverse engineering. I got tons of looted components, if this is something you want/need then please let me know.

If you wanted it bad enough, you would have stayed up and gotten it all from me (smile). Alas, not even the mighty Colonel could hold off the Sandman long enough to qualify for that TIE Interceptor.

Any and all SW's for Noc i will let you know that me and novall were MSW in beta and can answer most if not all your questions since me and novall made our own items and RE'ed them as well

quick info on RE if you have an item at the bottom it says RE lvl:? that lvl means how many of the same item type( IE engines can only be RE with engines)can be RE to make on so if you have 2 RElvl 2 engines you can combine them to make one Engine if it's lvl5 then you need 5 engines that are all REable if they are already RE they will not work.. also im putting in a order for a reactor with a power of atleast 10500 i will pay well for this since i badly need it for my dunelizard

Yes, and after last night, I learned not to discount looted items.

My weapons systems, reactor, and engine are all looted. They don't have nearly the armor and HAM of my Mark 3 ones, but they are actually better on stats, lighter, and more energy efficient. My TIE's mass is like 39985/40431, so they really came in handy.

Question on RE, do you need that amount more of the exact same component (ie, you would need to Mon Calamarian Ion Shield Gens at level 2) or just any in general?

any lvl 2's will work. I spent the better part of yesterday trying to loot engines that will get me to 1k with boosters...finally got em

Save me an engine. I have my new ship outfitted with everything but an engine... probably crappy stuff.. but I want to get it off the ground at least.

Does a Reverse engineered component come out better than the parts it was taken from?

Also.. my backpack is filling up with looted components. I need a Shipwright buddy to help me out with all this stuff.

The RE parts will always be a bit better then they were befor they are RE but ya tram any type of engines no matter who made it can be RE together and novall i need to hook up with you to get that engine cause im having to use boosters to keep up with my prey

Is there a risk of failure when doing a RE?

Specifically, I have an engine that I like.. but of course would like a better one. Is it a smart thing to try to have it RE'd? Should I keep it as a backup and use other components to do the RE attempt?

when i did RE as a MSW i never had any type of failure so i dont know but i do know that you have to have a certin lvl in order to RE certin items but that is for the SW and not you
