Well I finished all the tier 1 Imperial missions. I got transfer orders to start getting trained by someone else. Problem is, I forgot who it is and where. Its not written on my transfer orders none of the NPC's offer any type of refresher on what I am supposed to be doing. Any other Imperials I know started their training on other planets so their progression is completely different than mine. There is also nothing in my quest journal.

So I am screwed. I opened a CSR ticket to which has not gotten a response. I might have to start over. Man I am so pissed at JTL again.

Well after talking to CSR who told me to ask other players and then proceeded to close the issue (citing a forged log of tells between me and him!!). Keer somehow found out the location of my tier 2 trainer and I was cool again.

Yeah, I had the same problem in locating my 2nd rebel trainer. All I got was a name and a planet. I was really not looking forward to scouring Yavin to fund my trainer.

Fortunatly I was able to get a hunt from a friend.

'tain't no thang, mayng. Though I understand that the CSR's aren't going to be game gurus or maybe not even Star Wars fans, but that "ask another player " response has me a bit put off (even though it worked in this case). Can't they get an index going or something? Ehh, guess not. They're probably building up their Q&A archive as we play.

Most of the info that I've gotten so far is from the Jump To Lightspeed Game Guide by Prima (same people who put out the guide sold on Empire Divided's Launch Day last year). All of the Pilot Trainers are listed in it so far. My main concern was the info being correct, unlike some of the WP's from the original manual. I'm glad it was where it was supposed to be.

The guide was in the store when I bought my copy of JtL. It's a pretty good read and it's been combined with an updated guide for the Ground Game. I've rarely had time to sit and digest more than 2 pages at a time (mostly because I'm playing). So far Ive been taking short looks through it during loading screen waits in-game.

What bothers me is that he attached my conversation to him in the comments for the ticket and he manually added things that were not actually said to it. I don't like ranting but this is rediculous.

I can somewhat understand CSRs not wanting to tell people how to do things in the game when bugs aren't involved but I don't much like the way the CSR treated you on this subject. If you say he/she changed your conversation then I believe you. You'd think they'd get CSRs with a bit more tact.

I added the guy to my friends list so I wouldn't forget his name. Well he logged in the middle of the conversation and added a well crafted, pleasant ending to our conversation on the ticket log. I am really dumbfounded.
