Laff! Good stuff. I especially like the nod to the Stormtroopers' history of poor group marksmanship in the movies. Only the soldiers from V: the TV Series were worse shots.

And the post trauma of those who fought Ewoks was great.

Anyone remember the ST who slammed his head against the door entrance in Episode 4? Did he ever get medical treatment for that?

...and speaking of V, has anyone else heard that a new mini-series is in the works and has to deal with what happened 20 years after the series? I heard that a good deal of the original cast will be back for it (not like many of them are doing much these days).

Maybe I'll have to ask Marc Singer about it at Gen Con

Yep, a lot of storm troopers are hot women underneath the armor... Thats why we get so distracted sometimes.

I can't watch the video because I'm stuck at work using a POS comp. Ah well. I wonder if it's the same Empire of One recruitment video.

Good ol' V. The only thing I remember about that show is that they a) ate the heads of birds and hamsters and b) they were reptiles underneath. I was a little kid when I saw it, but I'm sure it's chock full of 80s goodness (much like the Last Dragon).

There are countless SW fans that missed that. I have showed that scene to people that have seen the movie 50+ times. More often than not they freak out completely because they had never noticed.

I saw some mebers of the 501st a few weeks ago in a local parade. They looked great.

I noticed that scene when I was like 6. I point it out to every one. lol

I was thinking about getting a full set of ST for my self for this October. Nothing would be cooler than going to a Holoween party in full ST gear!

OH OH! And next month the holy trilogy comes out on DVD!!!! WOOT!!!

I used to. I haven't looked for it in awhile.

I'll have to recheck that scene. I'm usually too busy playing some SW game while it's going on or quoting the entire movie much to everyone else's displeasure. ANd the video is differnt raggs. I can't watch it cause the conneciton here just sucks.

Oh, and i'm upset about the Original Trilogy on DVD, because it will be the special edition versions. The only copy of the non special versions I have is when my dad recorded it off of TV around 15 years ago. He edited out the commercials and ended up cutting out part of the movie. It wasn't until the Special Editions hit the theaters that I had EVER SEEN THE MOS EISLEY SCENE. I remember sitting in there thinking "Wow, this is some great new footage. I don't know why they wouldn't have added this in the movie. It explains how Luke met Han and all of that!"
