If you're into twisted suspenseful movies, then see it. In my opinion, it's probably the best of the genre since Se7en. It starts great, carries great, starts to end badly, then hits you with a killer ending that you never see coming (and this from the guy who figures out movies like Sixth Sense WAY before the end).

on that note...has anyone seen "The Grudge" with Sarah Michelle Gellar Prinze Jr. That movie was a big wad of suck. Don't waste your time...the best scene is the opening with bill pullman, but after that its straight downhill till the craptastical ending that I am sure the director thought would be clever but, since he is an ass hat, was not.

Yep, gotta agree that the Grudge was a waste, but Team America left me in stitches, a must see.

I love seeing weird crazy movies, and Zannon and DT think I'm the worst movie critic ever because "I like everything" but only in the theater...

I liked SAW because it kept me digging myself deeper and deeper into the seat... and I LOVED the ending...

Ty, you DO like everything, but that's not why we doubt your movie judgment. We just have a problem actually believing that a cinematic gem like Pitch Black was any more entertaining than taking a two hour dump. That's all.

I saw The Grudge in the theater and fell asleep very soon into it. The trailer looked good, but the only "scary" parts weren't scary. I thought the movie sucked (from what I remember of it) and the gore didn't seem to freak me out (maybe because the "ghosts" were asian and it looked cartoonish).

I spent the whole time after I left the theater with my girlfriend trying to convince her I wasn't asleep. I keep telling myself that I'm going to watch it again (since I also have the DVD), but I just don't seem to want to...
