Concussion Missile launcher and missiles

I am looking to obtain some of these goodies.
Can a WS give me a general rundown of the various levels. I want to know (general is okay, you dont have to be exact):
- Launcher Mass, Launcher Energy consupmtion
- Missile Dmg and effectiveness versus shields/armor
I am trying to select what is the best for my ship.

shipwrights make concussion missiles and launcher, not weaponsmiths
and concussion missiles are against shields only, do nothing against armor
and it all depends if you want mark 1,2,3, launcher and missiles
missiles for mark 2 and 3 require specific radioactive to make, so will cost more
if I remember right, a mrk 1 launcher weighs about 1k and needs about 900 energy
mrk2 should weight double that, mrk 3 should weight 4 x as much
energy would run about 100 more each level as well
zannon can correct me if I'm wrong on the stats, but I also know he has some on his vendor in Noc, so check em out

Skarr is almost entirely correct, except for the part about Mark II taking special resources. Only Mark III and higher take the special radioactive but we do have some in store.
Just drop me a line tonight and I'll send you the info. I really only use Proton missles myself but I'll make and give you stats on any of the missle you want. What you don't buy I can always sell on the vendor in Nocturnus.

only lvl 1 missiles of any kind are generic resources, all others need special resources....

Then that was a stealth changed because I made somone level 2 concussion missles BEFORE we were harvesting that radioactive.

protons do equal dmg to shield and armor, and have the highest quantity of the different types

I tried to make them on sat or sunday after launch and they were already that way

Just to settle the confusion, Mark II concussion take special radioactive, Mark II protons do not. There's were we were getting mistaken. Please don't try to correct me on this, I've been making tons of MkII Proton missle packs for Seret's use.
The only experimental stats on missles is quantity, max damage and min damage. The pretty much hit everytime unless a ship uses a countermeasure so accuracy doesn't enter into it. The launcher itself has armor hitpoints, mass, energy maintenance, etc.
