an In character post will be made shortly to promote this event. Things to look forward to: Fighting style devolopment, In depth study of state attacks(blind and stun), 2 on 2 team fights (we will start to train two people fighting as one).
This time weapons will fight weapons, and unarmed will fight unarmed. also I would like to begin using the names of the technniques as stated in the combat log instead of their /command (ie fencer body hit 3=Sai Tok). I will post a thread naming all the moves I know so you dont have to check each attack yourself

. This week will set up for a tournament the following event. I am taking any suggestions on a POI or place for this event
I think this time I will set it up that people are all dueling in small groups and I will walk around and interact with each group personally followed by a final few rounds duels where everyone watches and can learn from other peoples styles. The last event was great and I think this time it will be a little more fast paced

I can see why you TKM's want to avoid me.

/flex
But seriously I am REALLY looking forward to it.
As a general rule, try to keep the event to about 60-90 min (basically about 60, but start the "meat" of the event 30 min later than the posted start time. people ALWAYS show up late, allow for a little time for chat afterwards and you are at a nice 2 hours).

Avoid?
Hardly.
It's too much fun watching your moves.
Even if they are only embarassed verbal evasions after stereotyping Wookiees.
:P

LOL.. you got a laugh out of it, admit it.

I am not sure whether I should be suprised that a wookiee's table manners far surpassed Kirt's or not.
I assure you, my moves go beyond playful banter at the dinner table.

'twas VERY amusing, indeed!
No doubt on you possessing far more lethal moves... I can only comment on the ones I've seen thus far.

Once again I had a great time. I got my butt kicked all over the place but it was still fun. TKM is insanely powerful as it is, much more so in the hands of a skilled user. Being a Dancer/Fencer in a room full of TKM/Melee stackers is not a good place to be. (plus I dont like to use the Gaffi because it is ugly, despite being the best fencer weapon)
Even so, I still learned a lot, and had some good RP with the other participants.
The turnout was pretty small. I would encourage you guys to attend the next one. I mean.. they had a GONG for crying out loud!

The monestary is nicely done, the look of the place enhances the mood. All the decor has spiritual meaning.

I made a drive-by while tracking you Sour grape. I actually had a good RP interaction with one of the monks who thought I was just a gunslinger. Removing titles is fun

When was this Darth Maul Jr.? Was it after the event?
And why in the Goddess' name would you be tracking me?
/batlashes
Are you making illegal use of the /findfriend command?
Do I need to take your and Chal's alts off my friends list too?

Definitely will be there the next time, at least one other in tow.
Other obligations and an unfortunate error in converting time zones prevented it this time.
And I do think you'd stand a quite decent chance against me. I am only a simple Wookiee, you see... and male to boot.
