Need a damn "Tie/In" and all the trimmings...

OK I need a "Tie/In", I have no idea what it is but its the best ship I am qualified for. Its no a TIE Interceptor or anything else, I literally need a "Tie/In". I am only one box away from qualifying for a TIE Interceptor but SOE has other plans for me than to allow me to simply unlock it right away. SOOO, I need ot buy one of these ships and I also need:
A) Damn good shields (lvl 5).
B) Damn good engines that are damn fast (lvl 5)
If I can get all of this stuff top quality I will be so damn happy, I won't even be able to believe it. If you can sell me some damn good armor, I'd be pretty damn happy too.
