Why: No idea.. the people of the twi'lek city want to have a party. Oh.. and go because Tramel wants you to go. (He's proud of his planet.)

I know some of them to be RP'ers.. so if you want to see what they have going on and perhaps open up some RP possibilities, this may be a good thing to check out.

If you have JtL then you can fly there directly. Otherwise, since Rori is a moon of Naboo, you'll have to go to Naboo then take a flight to Rori. New Kala'uun is closest to the Rebel Outpost.
