new shuttle feature

now when you click the shuttle terminal, it remembers where you went last time you used it, and has it automatically selected

example:

every time I click on the shuttle at nyms, it brings up nocturnus as the place to go!


every time I click on the noc shuttle, it brings up nyms

One thing I am not to happy about is that /bo trans does not seem to have the same range it used to. Seems like not you have to run all the way back to the droid to board. It has been this way for about a week I think.

That feature should save me about .358 seconds when taking a shuttle now. Add up how many times I shuttle and thats. .7 seconds a night! My god what am I gonna do with all that extra time? I am at a loss.

Just teasin' ya Skarr, I am a big fan of new convenience.

A few of us noticed /bo trans is screwed now. Its practially pointless to use. Thanks Devs, give us one convience and take away another.

3 reasons why /bo trans was nice:
- Never again hearing the dreafull sound of the shuttle taking off while you're running down a cooridor
- Never again feeling the frustration of the seeing the shuttle take off as soon as you click on the droid.
- Never having to watch the fat human male in goggles and hawtpants dance while you wait 4 and 1/2 minutes for the shuttle.

But seriously folks no its not a big deal at all. Now that we have ships and that handy travel button we never use starports the same again. As far as shuttleports go we never really used /bo trans for that anyway. But no matter how minor or small the little conveniences are we never enjoy or understand when they take them away. Its the little things in life...

/bo trans was indeed nice.. but taking it out has added a bit more "realism" to taking shuttles and IMO has added that much more to my RP fun (and hopefully others enjoyment of my RP).

My favorite "talking to myself" moment at a Starport was when I missed a shuttle not long before JtL came out. I began to yell out-loud that I paid the Shuttle pilot to hold the shuttle for me.

Then I proceeded to use my comm to call in a false report to the Imperials letting them know a Rebel General was onboard the shuttle and gave them the pilot's description.

I don't know if anyone was around to notice but it sure was a lot of fun for me.

Now that /bo trans is gone I have shot over sixty two droids at Nyms star port alone. Though mnay people see me as crazy talking to a droid then pretending to kill it because it lost my VIP status on geeting on the shuttle whenever I pleas.
