Scum and Villany Night
I popped in briefly as Krida towards the end, I was doing something else in game and so only got to be a pest for a short amount of time. Oh well. Looked like everyone was having lots of unclean fun.

Unclean fun is the best kind.Dwilah wrote:I popped in briefly as Krida towards the end, I was doing something else in game and so only got to be a pest for a short amount of time. Oh well. Looked like everyone was having lots of unclean fun.
Yes, I took a departure from how Ekade normally is. I wanted to be something a little different than the usual.
The Scum and Villany aspect of it put me in a naughty mood.
I had a good time. How about the rest of you? Is this something you would like to see again? A regular thing?

YOU were Krida?
I was wondering why she was scowling at everyone. Then I hear that Coiy couldn't hold his liquor and had an accident all over Krida's shirt, which explains a bunch.

I suspect Seret thinks I am a huge whore now. =P

I missed out on it sadly. Cursed work. Maybe I should've stayed in bed rather than get up to play D&D.

Huh? No I don't. I figured Zannon would be the big whore, knowing how he gets when he's drunk. No species is safe, even the krettles outside the place.Ekade wrote:I suspect Seret thinks I am a huge whore now. =P

I'm disappointed I missed Krida in the Despot. I have a lot of fun RPing Seret with that character.

The Colonel made a brief appearance, although he only talked to two people while there. He didn't want to be seen in such a place, especially with what he was there to do...

I thought I heard the Colonel's voice. I was by the bar at the time.TramelRaggs wrote:The Colonel made a brief appearance, although he only talked to two people while there. He didn't want to be seen in such a place, especially with what he was there to do...
There to do? My oh my, what nefarious deeds is the Colonel up to now?

Let me ask the question again...
For those who went..
1) Did you like it? Is this something we should continue?
2) What should we do to make it better?

I loved it, it was the best time I have had in the game in months. I was really able to develop my character and the setting was awesome. I remember wandering in to that place when I was new and wondering why nobody was in there!Ekade wrote:Let me ask the question again...

Yes, I did, but my VERY sick 2 year old caused me to not get to do all the things I wanted to do while there...which means we have to do it again next week, when, hopefully, my son will be feeling better. It could have been better, but it was the first night for it and very short notice.1) Did you like it? Is this something we should continue?
One thing that we can do to make it better, which was something the folks from Nocturnus were trying to do, is make the Roba and the sCum and vilany night places to set the stage for evolving RP story arcs and events. Sert, Coi, and I tried to use last night to further what is going on in Nocturnus between the two guilds. This will really heat up over the next week and I think that the Scum and Villany night will be the place where it all comes to a head.2) What should we do to make it better?
I think a conscious effort to draw outsiders into RP story arcs at these gatherings would be a really great way to get people into character. I had planned to hire some unsuspecting characters to deliver some goods for me last night, but it wasn't to be. Perhaps the Gorath GMs could script some underworld activities to take place there each week to get more interaction and less standing around (gears start turning and ideas start pouring out of Zannon's brain...gonna have to visit the GM forum soon).
The dice games that went on were also a nice addition.

Apparently an associate of mine failed an Imperial search and was found to be carrying contraband. I had to pull some strings and get said contraband back.Ekade wrote:There to do? My oh my, what nefarious deeds is the Colonel up to now?
Having friends in high places has its advantages, although his exploits are weighing heavily on me. I do owe him, though. If it wasn't for his "experimental" treatment, I would have lost her long ago...
(I think S&V was great and I wish I had more time to spend there. I definately think it should be a continuous thing. I also agree that it is the prime place, as well as the Roba, to advance storylines. I have one I need to advance at the Roba this Friday, and I'm running out of time to get everything together.)

LOL! You fell victim to one of the classic blunders! The first being never get involved in a land war on Hoth! The second, never let your guard down around a male Twi'lek when partying is on the the line! HaHa! Haha!Ekade wrote:I suspect Seret thinks I am a huge whore now. =P

**passes out from Hangover Redux**
No offense taken! Keer came to par-TAYY last night! The redoubtable Twi'lek has so much on his plate right now that unrestricted debauchery was just what the Doctor "I've-got -the-death sentence-on-12-systems" Evazan ordered! Yeah, he popped a few corks last night, for sure.
As for "getting friendly with anything that moved", that was just Keer's "Boogie Down Shot", it's an Area Attack that drops the inhibitions of the people around him. Got a special "blaster pistol" that's dedicated for just that.

And I recall Keer equally on the receiving end of the "friendship" from that "holy water" you were knocking back in the alcove bar my happy priestess...(**singing** "the only one who could ever reach me was a Twi'lek Priestess Girl. Yes she was! She was...") LOL.
Ekade had a good buzz going on even before she came to the Despot. The sign outside said "S & V Night", but her vision was so blurred she read "S & M Night" and did cartwheels up the ramp and into the place!

But, in the end, what happens in the Lucky Despot, STAYS in the Lucky Despot......and in Lady Valarian's Screenshot Security Camera archive!! Whaat?!
KIDDING! (?)
