I am trying to get a good consensus of a good date and time to run the end of the event. All times are in CST. I am going to throw this date out here and we'll see if a good chunk of people can make it:

Tuesday, December 28th at 9:30PM CST.

I expect the event to last an hour. Let me know what you think.

all I can do that week is prolly tues the 28th, then I have the 29th and 30th free, then maybe the 31st

I'm no major player, but I know how hard organizing a group can be without input. No worries, but I'll make it if I can.

I'm gone Dec 28th -> Jan 1st.

Jabe, why not make it after newyears? Like jan 2 or something?

Having this event during the holidays is gonna be really tough on people who want to attend...but cant. I think we should do it the first week of Jan or next week before xmas. Gonna be hard getting people on the 24-1st.

I'm a looser, I'm free any time....except the actual holidays, and even then I'll probably be on.

My guess is I'll probably be around in the evenings but I won't know 'til I get my work schedule.

My availability is open except for 24th and 25th, I like the 9:30 cst timeslot as the little ones are tucked in by that point.

I'd rather not wait too long to do this, waiting until after new years may be somewhat of a stretch.

Tuesday and Thursday next week. 26th through whatever I have no plans. But I'll probably be on the 25th too.

23rd-26th, 31st are out for me. Open to anything else.

I pushed it back by 1 day to the 28th, cause I would really like Skor/Skarr to be able to participate. This far this date doesn't seem to clash with anyone close to the event.

Doing it on the 28th is fine with me. 27th through the 31st, I have nothing scheduled at work (My post count on this board will probably double that week ;) ). It would be nice for everyone to be back to their normal selves so we can all be at the Roba on the 31st too. Even if it is to pop in and say hi for a few min before heading out.

ummm, They send us back to school on the 2nd so i'm SOL if you do it then other wise the week between christmas and newyears is all open.

i'll make if i can and don't throw the whole thing because i can't make it.

28th is fine by me. That's when I start my week off.
