Some of you have been anticipating Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children while some have never heard of it. For those of you that have not heard of it it is a 3D animated film about the characters from Final Fantasy VII 6 years after the game's ending.

Only one word can be used to describe this game...Wow... I had my Fian'cee translate most of it for me. The people almost look like people. Now it is making me want to play the first game.

This isn't a game. It's a movie. About characters from the game.

So when the hell is it coming out already? Since I saw the first trailer, I have so far loved it, forgotten about it, fallen in love again, forgot about it again, and am back to the love side.

I need to end this senseless circle of love and forg--oh forget it.

This is one of those chunks of fun that I totally draw a blank on, though this type of thing is right up my alley.

This franchise was coming into it's own during my time living in Japan and I remember it being insanely popular there. However, as I was living my own little final fantasy there it kinda just breezed by me.

I doubt that I'll have time to catch up on the games, but I'll do my best to follow the movies. I suspect that this type of movie making will have a long life.

its kinda disappointing they didn't make another game like X-2 that woulda been great but the movie looks awesome

FF7 was the last best Final Fantasy game, IMHO. The newer games kept getting worse. This film is very much welcome to me, as a Cloud Strife still adorns the wall in my basement.

Actually this trailer is the coolest damn thing I have seen in a very long time.

They actually ahve another game taking place in that universe that takes place about 2-4 years after advent children. It's going to play more like a 'devil may cry' game, and Vincent is the main char. Don't know if it's going to hit the states though, and i forgot the name of it. Look in the magazines, that's where i read about it.

Yes, Advent Children is a movie not a game. It is slated for a US release but when that will be I have no clue.

The game Nyase speaks of looks excellent, very much like Devil May Cry. Should be interesting. There is also a game out in Japan called Final Fantasy VII: Before Crisis that takes place before FFVII when Cloud and Sephiroth were Turks. Sadly this game is only on cell phones. Can ya believe that?

My Cloud, Sephiroth and Aerith statues are still waiting to be shipped...ordered them in friggin' September, and the won't be in the states for another 2 months!
