I've got to rant because I've been screwed frankly. See below for link:

Well, apparently you can't remove your 500 use durable lathe powerup that's given for the Phase II Melee Speed mission. A couple of days ago, I attached it to my knuckler, used it and and clicked on the knuckler radial option "Remove Powerup". A message came up saying that it deposited it into my inventory. Guess what? It didn't go back in! I filled out a CS ticket. Got a response today on a closed ticket saying that I must have been mistaken. That the powerup is" not removable, nor are they reusable" . This is bull! The item said it had 500 uses..to make it worse they say they can't give it back items from the village.
You know what the sad thing is? This crap has happened to me before. Anyone remember the silent nerf with AT-ST's? I got burned by that one too. I spent countless hours grinding up IMP faction points to get my AT-ST only have it destroyed in 5 minutes and I wasn't able to store it. Find out that once it was destroyed it couldn't be recalled...
I've been pretty understanding, I think. Finally, my patience is wearing thin and all the work I've put into this stupid FS crap to get my +30 powerup is shot to shit now. Thanks, SOE. I'm sick and tired of there being no communication on the revamps fixes or patches to this game.[/url]
Phase II-Lathe Powerup
well 500 uses would only let you go through maybe 50 enemies anyway...
why were you trying to remove it?

I wanted to save some uses for it...
I've used powerups on ranged weapons and you'd drag the powerup on the weapon and it would wear off. When you wanted to apply another powerup you would drag it onto the weapon again. I assumed this would be the same with this powerup. Since it doesn't come in a crate(like most powerups do) , I figured the "remove powerup" radial option on my knucklers meant that it would return the powerup to my inventory(as a matter of fact this came up on my screen) so I could save it's uses..
Logically, based on the current system of other powerups in the game I would assume this would be the case. If this is not the case, it would have been nice for SOE to explain their definition of "500 uses". Perhaps I'm ignorant of this fact, but I figured it would wear off and I'd have another 499 uses on the powerup. Apparently if you remove it , it's gone forever. Nice if someone told us that.

I got screwed on that too - I put it on a really shitty VK... Oh well 500 uses only lasts a Master TKA about 10 minutes tops anyway.
